• Softness range: standard soft TPE can be adjusted to an even softer grade or a slightly firmer version while keeping the same wave profile.
• Wall thickness: the shaft can be made thinner for greater flexibility or slightly thicker for more pronounced ridge definition.
• Color: fully transparent remains the core offering, but light tinting (smoke, soft pink, pale blue) is available without losing the clear look.
• Size expansion: the current three-size progression can be extended to a five-size set using the same wave logic, giving private-label buyers a complete ladder from beginner to advanced.
• Base options: the standard T-base can be widened or given a different edge profile if a buyer wants a stronger visual signature.

These adjustments stay within the existing tooling family, so lead times and tooling costs remain controlled.

Material

The plugs are made from soft TPE formulated for body contact. The material is phthalate-free and has a matte, skin-like surface that holds water-based lubricant well. It is significantly more pliable than most firm TPE or silicone plugs of similar size, which is why the wave ridges feel rounded rather than sharp.

Cleaning and Care

Wash with mild soap and warm water before and after each use. Because the material is porous, it is best reserved for individual users or covered with a condom when shared. Allow the plug to air-dry completely. Store away from other soft toys to avoid surface sticking. Do not use silicone-based lubricants, as they can degrade TPE over time.
